1. Return Policy
- Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive the item.
- Return Conditions:The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.The original packaging (including boxes, protective materials, etc.) must be intact and undamaged.The original order invoice or packing slip must be included.The following situations are NOT eligible for returns:Returns for personal reasons not related to product quality (e.g., change of mind, wrong color/size) - the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.Items returned after the 30-day return window.Items that have been used, damaged, or have had their tags removed.
- Refund Method:After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process the refund as soon as possible.The refund will be issued to the original payment account used for the purchase. The time for the refund to be credited depends on the processing speed of your card-issuing bank or payment platform, typically taking 5-10 business days.
2. Return Process

- Step 3: Ship the Item Back Please securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.We strongly recommend that you keep the tracking number to monitor your package's status.
- Step 4: Refund Processing After we receive the returned item, we will perform a quality check.Once the check passes, we will initiate the refund process within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund.
